This was our third session in our webinar series on supporting underserved patient communities of color during COVID-19. We heard from Todd Phelps, MPH, on “Engaging Underserved Native American Communities During COVID-19”. The session was focused on:
- Addressing inequities & disparities for underserved Native American patient communities
- Strategies for safety net providers to care for Native American communities during COVID-19
As a mission-driven non-profit technology company, CareMessage focuses solely on the underserved with more than 200 safety-net provider partners in nearly 40 states and nearly four million active underserved patient users. In the last two weeks, CareMessage has enabled over 190 of its FQHC, FQHC look-a-like and Free & Charitable Clinic partners to send over 9 million messages related to COVID-19.
We are here to support your team in any way we can as you may be exploring how to implement telehealth and text messaging, especially if you'd like to use CareMessage for Free for COVID-19 outreach.
